‘It is blinding toxic’: Expert sounds alarm on ammonia at public rinks

A former chief inspector with the B.C. Safety Authority says he's been sounding the alarm about the dangers of ammonia for over 30 years, and can't understand why it's still widely in use at B.C. ice rinks.
