A history of violence: multiple police files show dog RCMP killed had prior offences

Before RCMP in Fort St. John shot and killed seven-year-old Rocky, he had already accumulated a list of prior offences in a Prince George neighbourhood. That has one Northern B.C. mayor calling for provincial legislation that would make pet owners financially responsible for damages.
